Welcome to join our signature TRX class series - TRX Gentle & Stretch

TRX Gentle & Stretch — a slow pace class designed to improve flexibility, balance, posture, mobility and gentle strength in a safe and supportive environment. Using TRX straps for support, you’ll enjoy guided stretching, balance work and gentle strengthening exercises that help your body move with more comfort and confidence. Best to learn movements of TRX and stress relieve after work.

We will guide you through simple and gentle TRX movements that:

  • Activate core & improve posture

  • Improve joint flexibility & mobility

  • Reduce muscle stiffness & tension

  • Beginner friendly & low impact
