We were honoured to be invited by KTA (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. to conduct a Workplace Ergonomics & Stretching Wellness Talk for their staffs. During the session, our Sports Therapist, Mr. Chiam shared practical insights on workplace ergonomics and simple stretching exercises that can be easily incorporated into the workday to help reduce muscle stiffness, improve posture and support long-term musculoskeletal health.
