Terms & Policies

(A) Registration

  1. Each person is only allowed to use one contact number linked to one account to make his or her bookings.

  2. Kindly contact the center for any changes if any.

(B) Payment terms

  1. All payment are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable with other services.

  2. Kindly check your appointment/ service accordingly before proceed to payment checkout.

  3. Please note that all payment confirmation will take up to 48 hours to proceed.

(C) Fitness program package terms

  1. Elite Wellcare reserves the right to accept or reject an application for any reason whatsoever. The clients and their family members are subjected to the centre rules and regulations in force.

  2. All packages are personal to the clients and non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable with other services.

  3. Upon acceptance of the client's application, the client will be issued with an account and the client shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable within the class.

  4. Shareability of packages may vary and clients are advised to review the specific terms outlined for each package regarding the sharing of benefits with others.

  5. For shareable packages, clients are permitted to share their credits with one or maximum two designated family members (must be direct relationship). No changes of designated family members can be done after confirmation.

  6. All fitness classes must meet the minimum requirement to proceed.

  7. In the event that Elite Wellcare need to cancel a class, clients will receive an email notification at least 3 hours in advance. Elite Wellcare shall not be held responsible for clients who attend a cancelled class due to failure to check their email.

  8. All fitness classes are subjected to availability, advanced booking is required to secure the desired slot.

  9. Any cancellation or reschedule must make 3 hours prior to the start of class. Otherwise, will result in forfeiture of credits and no refund will be made.

  10. In the case of cancelled classes by the Elite Wellcare, credits will be refunded back into the client's account.

  11. It is client's own responsiblity to check on his or her package expiry date. No further date extension is permitted once package is expired for any reasons.

  12. Any unused or expired sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable with other services.

  13. The purchased package subscription will self-execute after 90 days if client has not started to use.

  14. The clients are not entitled to any refund if they terminate their package solely because one of the trainers is no longer teaching at the studio.

  15. The clients and family members agrees that he/she are of legal age, has the capacity and has voluntarily entered into this agreement and accept all terms & conditions of any packages of Elite Wellcare. If the clients or family members are not of legal age, the clients or family members has obtained the consent of the guardian to enter into this agreement. 

(D) Appointment package terms

  1. Elite Wellcare reserves the right to accept or reject an application for any reason whatsoever. The clients and their family members are subjected to the centre rules and regulations in force.

  2. All packages are personal to the clients and is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable with other services.

  3. Upon acceptance of the client's application, the client will be issued with an account and the client shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable within the appointment.

  4. Shareability of packages may vary and clients are advised to review the specific terms outlined for each package regarding the sharing of benefits with others.

  5. For shareable packages, clients are permitted to share their credits with maximum one designated family members (must be direct relationship). No changes of designated family members can be done after confirmation.

  6. All slots are subjected to availability, advanced booking is required to secure the desired slot.

  7. Any cancellation or reschedule must make 6 hours prior to the appointment. All reschedule must be done within 30 days after date of purchased. Any 'no show' will be marked as 'attended'.

  8. It is client's own responsiblity to check on his or her package expiry date. No further date extension is permitted once package is expired for any reasons.

  9. Any unused or expired sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable with other services.

  10. The clients and family members agree that he/she are of legal age, has the capacity and has voluntarily entered into this agreement and accept all terms & conditions of any packages of Elite Wellcare. If the clients or family members are not of legal age, the clients or family members has obtained the consent of the guardian to enter into this agreement. 

(E) Fitness studio facilities

  1. Members are responsible for using the studio facilities safely and appropriately. Any theft and/or damage to studio property caused by misuse or negligence may result in financial liability or legal consequences.

  2. Members must keep the studio clean and maintain hygiene standards when on the property. Please sanitise the equipment after use.

  3. Members should promptly report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to studio.

(F) Physical conditions of clients and family members

  1. The clients and family members hereby warrants represents and agrees that he/she has no physical disability, impairment or ailment preventing him/her from engaging in any exercise activity, or that will be detrimental to his/her health, safety, comfort, or physical condition, or that of others.

  2. The client and family members have agreed to disclose all relevant health conditions to the centre before participating in any fitness class and must obtain clearance from healthcare provider for high risk client or family members.

  3. The clients and family members fully understand that he/she is engaging in physical exercise and training and instruction by the studio's personnel, which may cause injury or a risk of abnormal body changes to him or her. He/she hereby agrees that he/she is a voluntary participant in physical exercise, the use of any facility of the studio, training and instruction by the studio's personnel and that he/she is assuming all risks of injury or of abnormal body changes to him/her on account of these activities.

  4. The studio shall not be liable or responsible for any injury or abnormal body changes caused as a result of the use of the studio facilities and training and instruction by the studio's personnel.

  5.  The client and family members shall not use any studio facilities whilst suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailments such as open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infection, where there is a risk that such use may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other clients.

  6. The client and family members must inform the trainer immediately if they feeling any discomfort during the fitness training.

  7. Pregnant clients must inform the studio of their pregnancy status before engaging in any exercise activity. Pregnant clients must also obtain clearance from their healthcare provider before participating in any exercise program at the studio. The studio reserves the right to modify or restrict exercise activities for pregnant clients based on medical advice to ensure the safety and well-being of both the client and the unborn child.

  8. The client and family members who receive sports massage therapy or diet consultation have agreed to disclose all relevant health conditions, including injuries, allergies or other medical histories that may affect the therapy session.

  9. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable due to health risks.

  10. The client and family members must inform the therapist immediately if they feeling any discomfort during the treatment session.

  11. The sports massage therapy and diet consultation provided are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. The client and family members should consult their physician for any medical concerns or diagnosis.

(G) Privacy and confidentiality

  1. All client information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared without the client's explicit consent unless required by law.

  2. No individuals are permitted to request personal data or information of other individuals.

(H) Client conduct

  1. Appropriate behavior is expected during the session. Any inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund provided. The client will be blacklisted from entering the center for any therapy or fitness class.

  2. The client and family members should wear proper and appropriate attire for the safety purpose.

(I) Expulsion of client

  1. Elite Wellcare and/or the management may terminate the package of any client:

a. without notice and with immediate effect if the client and family member's conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of a complaint by another client or clients, such that in the opinion of the management and conduct may be injurious to the interests of the company.

b. without notice and with immediate effect if the client or/and family members shall have committed any breach of these terms and conditions or of the centre's rules and regulations that are in force at the material time.

c. with and/or without notice and with immediate effect, if the centre is of the opinion that the client is not a suitable individual for continued package. All decisions of the management under this clause are final and binding.

d. without notice and with immediate effect if a member is found to have violated the privacy of any other member within the shower and the changing rooms, or are caught in lewd or compromising actions.

  1. The company has the right to terminate any package with or without notice/explanation. A client whose package is terminated by the management shall forfeit all the privileges with immediate effect. 

  2. Please treat our staffs and other members with respect. We aim to provide a safe environment for our staff and clients, therefore, we expect all clients and family members to respect the rights of staffs and of other clients. The use or threat of force against our staffs, or any attempt to do so, is unacceptable. Aggressive or abusive behaviour against our staffs is unacceptable. This includes swearing, threatening or abusive language or gestures, sexual gestures or behaviour, derogatory sexual or racial remarks, shouting loudly or in an intimidating manner or at any person, and applying force to any studio property or the personal property of any staff, such as banging on or kicking desks or counters.

The Studio can terminate any package with or without notice/explanation and with immediate effect if clients or/and family members is found to have been disrespectful to our staff.

(J) Limitation of Liability

In consideration for the management and centre accepting his/her application and for him/her becoming and remaining a client, the client agrees that:

 

a)    Neither Elite Wellcare, its employees or staffs shall be responsible for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions for negligence arising on account of death or due to injury, loss, damage or theft to a client and/or family member's person or property arising out of, or in connection with the use by a client and/or family member of any of the services, facilities or premises of Elite Wellcare. The clients and family members hereby does not hold the centre, its related employees and staffs harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by or on a client and/or family member's behalf for any such injuries or claims aforesaid.

 

b)    Any family members of a member or temporary visitor to Elite Wellcare agree to abide by the same rules and regulation, and the same terms and conditions as a client.
