Circuit Training

Circuit training class is a a fun, full-body workout where you move through different exercises one after another — like a mini workout “station” for each body part! Each class includes a mix of movements to:

  • Improve muscle strength & endurance

  • Improve postural control and core stability

Don't worry—everyone goes at their own pace and guide by professional trainer throughout the session. This class is designed for members who with intermediate fitness level to provide more challenge. In order to attend this class, we strongly recommend you starting with at least 3 sessions of TRAM-TA or Tabata workout or you have already some fitness foundation.

  • Small group class with maximum 7 students only

  • Professional trainer coaching

  • Energetic and supportive workout environment

  • Duration: 60 minutes
