For intermediate to advanced levels – This intense and effective 60-minute jumping workout combines high-energy bouncing with resistance-based exercises. It is designed to build endurance and improve cardio fitness. In order to attend this class, we strongly recommend you at least attending 6 sessions of TRAM-TA before diving into this more powerful class.
