Mat-based full body workout - designed to improve strength, stamina, mobility and core stability through body weight exercises and equipments like resistance band, dumbell, kettlebell, stepboard, sliders etc. It is low impact and in a pace that attainable to everyone. Suitable for anyone who just start to try out muscle training. Weight options are given and adjusted based on individual's fitness level.
